Ordering & Sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a detailed size chart.
We recommend comparing the measurements to a favorite shirt or hoodie you already own for the best fit.

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to offer size exchanges, so please review the size chart carefully before ordering.


Can I change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 6 hours of purchase.

After that, your item enters production and cannot be modified because it is made specifically for you.

Production & Shipping

Why does my order take a few days to ship?

Every Perfect Brown item is made to order just for you.

This helps us:

  • Reduce waste
  • Maintain quality
  • Avoid overproduction

Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.


How long will delivery take?

After production:

  • U.S. orders: typically 3–7 business days
  • International orders: typically 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.


Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.


What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’ll make it right.

If your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a printing defect
  • Is the wrong item

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We will send a free replacement (same size and color) at no additional cost.


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued if:

An item is damaged or defective and a replacement cannot be provided otherwise, we provide replacements instead of refunds.


Product & Quality

Are your shirts true to color?

We do our best to display colors accurately.
However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Lighting in photos
  • Printing process

These differences are normal and not considered defects.


Are your products high quality?

Yes. We use trusted print partners and quality apparel blanks to ensure:

  • Comfortable fabrics
  • Long-lasting prints
  • Consistent sizing

Each item is inspected before shipping.


Shipping Issues

What if I entered the wrong address?

If you notice an incorrect address, contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.

If the order has already shipped:

  • We cannot reroute it
  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

My package says delivered, but I don’t have it.

Please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we’ll assist you.
