Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting Perfect Brown. Each item we offer is made-to-order through a print-on-demand process. Because of this we ask customers to review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace or refund items that:
- Arrive damaged
- Have printing defects
- Are the wrong item or size due to our error
- To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If approved:
- We will send a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Orders that are canceled within the allowed cancellation window
- Orders that are lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)
Refunds are not issued for:
- Incorrect size or color selected
- Delayed shipping due to carrier issues
- Minor variations in color or print placement
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
4. Shipping Issues
Incorrect Address
- If the address provided is incorrect, the order may be returned to the fulfillment facility.
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:
- Contact the shipping carrier first.
- If the carrier confirms it is lost, contact us for assistance.
5. Processing & Production Times
- All items are printed after an order is placed.
- Typical production time: 2–7 business days
- Shipping time varies by location and carrier.
During high-volume periods, production and shipping may take longer.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- Funds are returned to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
