Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Perfect Brown. Each item we offer is made-to-order through a print-on-demand process. Because of this we ask customers to review the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We will gladly replace or refund items that:

  • Arrive damaged
  • Have printing defects
  • Are the wrong item or size due to our error
  • To request a replacement or refund:
  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If approved:

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Orders that are canceled within the allowed cancellation window
  • Orders that are lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Incorrect size or color selected
  • Delayed shipping due to carrier issues
  • Minor variations in color or print placement
  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

4. Shipping Issues

Incorrect Address

  • If the address provided is incorrect, the order may be returned to the fulfillment facility.
  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost Packages

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:

  • Contact the shipping carrier first.
  • If the carrier confirms it is lost, contact us for assistance.

5. Processing & Production Times

  • All items are printed after an order is placed.
  • Typical production time: 2–7 business days
  • Shipping time varies by location and carrier.

During high-volume periods, production and shipping may take longer.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
